Shipping & Returns


At Star Active & Leisure Wear we accept two payment methods. These are paypal or debit/credit card (also via paypal but you do not need a paypal account).  Paypal is the most secure form of payment, the only information we are given from paypal is your delivery address details.

When ordering from Star Active & Leisure Wear payment is required immediately, we do not hold items or accept part payments, payment plans are not offered.

When purchasing from you are entering a contract for the goods to be delivered within 30 days of receipt of payment the event that dispatch does take longer than advertised you will informed, which you will be notified and asked if you would like to proceed with your order or have all monies paid,refunded to the account in which you paid 

Once we have received your order it will be checked to make sure all items are in-stock etc before any funds are taken from your account.

Postage & Delivery

UK Postage charges vary according to weight and size but should be no more than £6.50.Unless it is a custom large order, special delivery instruction or overseas.

If you would like an item to be sent overseas please select the destination country at the

checkout - Charges apply.

All items are sent 'signed for' via Royal Mail and take 2-3 working days approx.

However royal mail do state it can take up to 14 days to deliver a first class package.

We do try to dispatch all items within 4 WORKING days of purchase but on occasions this is sometimes not possible and we would like you to allow up to 6 WORKING days for dispatch. 


Please note any orders returned to myself by royal mail that have not been collected after attempted delivery will only be re shipped after postage has been repaid. No refunds will ne given on the items.

Return & Exchange Policy

Returns are accepted with in 14 days starting from the day of receiving your order.

Please note gift vouchers are non-returnable.

If the items are faulty when the consumer receives them, the consumer must notify Star Active & Leisure Wear upon receipt of faulty goods.

To be eligible for a return your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in. Wherever possible it must be in the original packaging.


We regret we are unable to accept returns on our custom and personalised hand-made items, unless we have made a mistake or an error on our part or if the item has arrived damaged. We also DO NOT offer refunds or exchanges on any discounted item, clearance or sale products,,buy one get one free offers on tees, sweatshirt/hoody offers unless faulty. 


We cannot accept returns on custom ,company products and personalised hand-made items or offer items due to incorrect sizes.

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, if you change your mind about a purchase you have made within 7 working days after the date of delivery, you are entitled to a full refund of the original purchase price for the goods or services you wish to return EXCLUDING personalised handmade items (unless faulty), and the original postage and packaging charges made. You will not be entitled to a refund of the cost you incur in returning the item to us.

It is recommended that royal mail signed for be used as proof of posting. Upon the receipt of the goods we will conduct an inspection of the goods and if the goods are found to be faulty we will refund any postage charge inccured. Any returns lost in the mail service are not the responsibility or liability of Star Active & Leisure Wear it is you the consumer that must file a claim with the courier service you used. 


Once your return is received and inspected we'll contact you to let you know whether a refund will be processed or not, and credit your original method of payment, within 14 of days.
